NHS Sports Physicals offered June 4
All candidates for Noblesville Schools athletic teams (grades 6–12) during the 2013–2014 school year must complete a physical examination performed by a licensed medical doctor. The examination must take place—and the doctor’s signature must be dated —after April 1, 2013. Through a partnership with Riverview Hospital, we are able to provide physical examinations for prospective Noblesville Schools student athletes on Tuesday, June 4 at Noblesville High School at a cost of $25.
Please note these will be the only student athlete physical examinations offered through Noblesville Schools for the 2013-2014 school year. ImPACT testing dates
All students that will be participating in athletics as Freshmen or Juniors in the 2013-2014 school year, will need take the ImPACT test on ONE of the following dates: June 5 or July 16. All students need to meet in the Main Gym at NHS at either 10:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. All 2013-2014 Freshman and Juniors must be tested or retested before they will be cleared to participate in athletics during the 2013-2014 school year. Please direct any questions to an Athletic Trainer.

When signing up for camps, use the grade your child was in during the 2012-13 school year.
Football
*Football camps are $30.00 EXCEPT for the Rec Camp which is free and must be registered through the Summer Rec link. Basketball
Fundamental and Shooting Camps charge a fee.

Mandatory Parent Concussion Meetings Schedule/Information
In compliance with the Indiana Department of Education’s Concussion and Head Injuries Position, Noblesville High School has developed the following guidelines:

Mandatory Parent Concussion Meetings Schedule/Information
In compliance with the Indiana Department of Education’s Concussion and Head Injuries Position, Noblesville High School has developed the following guidelines:
- All student-athlete parents are required to attend one meeting prior to the start of their student’s sports career at NHS on Concussion in High School Sports. The parents will go through a brief video and information session.
- Conclusion of meeting, parent(s) will receive Concussion Acknowledgement and Signature Form.
- After parent(s) read the Fact Sheet for Parents and student-athlete reads Fact Sheet for Athletes, both parties must sign the form. THIS FORM MUST BE SIGNED & RETURNED BEFORE THE STUDENT-ATHLETE IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE HIS/HER WHITE CARD.
