Dr. Janae Mobley has been Noblesville High School principal since 2025, serving previously as an NHS Assistant Principal and Dean. She oversees all staff programming and activities at the high school and holds a doctorate degree in education.

Jeff Harkin has been with NHS since 2023 serving as Assistant Principal and Dean, roles he also held previously in other school corporations. Jeff has previously taught U.S. History, World History, and Geography and History of the World. Jeff holds a master's degree in educational administration.

Barb Olszewski has been with Noblesville Schools since 2008, beginning as a resource teacher and special education chair before being appointed to the NHS dean position, and now serves as an Assistant Principal. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

Andrew Smeathers started with the district in 2017 as a school counselor and moved into the role of dean of students in 2022. He has a bachelor's degree in secondary education, a master's degree in school counseling, and a master's degree in education administration.

Kevin Stuckwisch is currently an Assistant Principal at Noblesville High School. Prior to that, Kevin served as a math and physics teacher, and science department chair. He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

Heather Young joined Noblesville Schools in 2020 after having served with schools in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Peoria, Illinois in several leadership roles. She oversees Noblesville High Schools’ alternative education program, the Miller Success Academy, and the Family And Consumer Sciences Department. Heather holds a master’s degree in educational administration.

Michael Cox first joined Noblesville Schools in 2022. He brings with him a wealth of experience and an extensive background in educational leadership. He counsels students regarding behavior and implements discipline where necessary. He is also responsible for the nurse clinic and its direct relationship with the school.
