Enrolling a New Student

Welcome to Noblesville High School, we are so happy to have you!  
Need to enroll a new Student in the High School?  

Legal Parent/Court Appointed Custodial Guardian please see below steps:

1.  Complete the NHS Student Enrollment Link. NHS DIGITAL Enrollment Form

2.   Email leeann_parish@nobl.k12.in.us the required documentation below:

• Student’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Do NOT send a Social Security card)
• PARENT/GUARDIAN- PROOF OF IDENTITY
  • Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Employment Authorization Card
  • Passport or Passport Card
  • Original or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Consular Report of Birth Abroad
• PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP/CUSTODY (If divorced, separated or never married)
  • Court Ordered Guardianship/Custody Documents
• PARENT/GUARDIAN - PROOF OF RESIDENCY 
  • Must be a full view of one of the listed documents below, dated within 30 days, showing your name, dates and servicing address:
    • Residence mortgage, signed lease, deed or signed purchase agreement contract 
    • Utility Bill: Gas, Water, Electric or internet (Cannot be final or disconnect)
• Student’s PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS​​​​​​​
